You walk in this certain special place

Where it all seems like a different world

One which you prefer judging by the look on your face

It truly is one of life’s pearls

Taking you away from all the rest which is so fake

Instead you look around and notice what’s real

This has become your eternal escape

The surroundings are very nice with genuine appeal

You admire all that it has to offer

As the sun shines down on you

There’s little doubt that you won’t be bothered

With the bluest ocean and sky ringing true

Making you forget all your life’s struggles

Instead pondering such a perfect paradise

Where there’s no such thing as trouble

Which brings out that smile not once but twice

The joy is all around you on this day

No longer contemplating what went wrong

As you walk on down by the bay

All that you hear is your favorite song

You finally got away from it all

Much more relaxed and pleased

Truly are having a ball

About time you made your inner peace
